6.1 Player Responsibility

8. Player Accounts

Creating multiple accounts (also known as “duplicate accounts”) may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds, including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances. Players must not share their accounts or grant access to third parties under any circumstances.

The use of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), proxy servers, or other tools designed to mask or manipulate your actual location is strictly prohibited on BetNjet. Such tools interfere with our ability to verify compliance with geographical restrictions and may indicate fraudulent activity.

If an IP address overlap is detected between multiple accounts, suggesting shared device usage or duplicate account creation, BetNjet reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to all associated accounts without the possibility of appeal. This measure protects against bonus abuse and fraudulent activity.

8.4 Verification Requirements
Players must provide verification documents upon request as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Required documentation may include government-issued identification, proof of residence (such as utility bills or bank statements), payment method verification, or financial statements demonstrating source of funds.

8.5 Documentation Standards
Failure to provide accurate, complete, or verifiable documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal delays, account closure, and forfeiture of funds. All submitted documents must be current, clearly legible, and show the player’s full name matching their BetNjet account registration.

9. Anti-Fraud Policy

9.2 Fraudulent Activity Consequences
Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment chargebacks, multiple account creation, use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or collusion with other players, will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities and payment processors.

9.3 Bonus Abuse
BetNjet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings obtained through exploitative gaming tactics, such as advantage play, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse. Players found engaging in such practices may have their accounts closed and funds forfeited.

9.4 Game Manipulation
Players engaging in game manipulation, collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems or bots, or other fraudulent activities may have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and relevant authorities notified. BetNjet employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious activity.

9.5 Software Error Reporting
Any software errors, glitches, or malfunctions that result in incorrect payouts or game outcomes must be reported to BetNjet customer support immediately. Failure to report such errors and instead exploiting them for financial gain may result in liability for damages, account closure, and forfeiture of funds obtained through the exploitation.

9.6 Cryptocurrency Transaction Standards
The use of “replaceable” bitcoin transactions (Opt-in Replace-by-Fee – RBF) is strictly prohibited on BetNjet. This transaction type allows senders to replace unconfirmed transactions, creating potential for fraud. Accounts engaging in RBF transactions may be immediately closed and funds forfeited.

9.7 Wagering Requirements for Deposits
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. If deposits are made without any gameplay activity, the player must wager the total deposited amount at least three times before withdrawal will be processed. This requirement prevents BetNjet from being used as a money transfer service.

10.3 Payment Method Ownership
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player’s own name, matching the name on their BetNjet account. Third-party deposits (payments made from accounts belonging to someone other than the account holder) are strictly prohibited and may be reversed. Funds lost due to such transactions will not be reimbursed, and accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

11. Withdrawal Policy

11.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount from BetNjet is €20 or £20, depending on your account currency. Withdrawal requests below this threshold cannot be processed.

11.2 Wagering Requirements and Fees
If a player has not wagered at least three times their total deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal, transaction processing fees may apply to cover the costs associated with payment processing. This requirement helps prevent the platform from being used solely as a payment transfer service.

11.4 Withdrawal Limits
Standard withdrawal limits are set at €1,000 or £1,000 per day, €7,500 or £7,500 per week, and €15,000 or £15,000 per month. 11.5 Progressive Jackpot Winnings

12. Dormant Accounts

12.1 Dormancy Classification
Accounts that remain inactive (no logins, deposits, or gameplay) for 90 consecutive days will be classified as dormant. BetNjet reserves the right to close such accounts and, after providing reasonable notice, may retain any remaining balance to cover administrative costs associated with maintaining inactive accounts.

12.2 Account Reactivation
Dormant accounts may be reactivated upon request by contacting BetNjet customer support. Players will need to complete identity verification procedures before their account can be restored to active status and any remaining funds accessed.
